I was born in Romania, and my life story reads a bit like a script for a film that doesn’t know if it’s a drama, a comedy, or a thriller.

My life experience, studies and a career spanning over 25 years and three industries all contributed to the knowledge, expertise and passion I proudly bring to my work, and which are now yours to benefit from.

As one of the fewer than 90 Fellows of the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC) globally, I’m proud to use my reputation for clear and result-producing communication strategies, senior leadership partnering, and accessible content to support my clients with communicating complex people and tech transformations, and driving engagement and meaningful change adoption.

In my career, I’ve served as a trusted Communication and Engagement Partner to senior  executives, I’ve designed high-impact communication strategies for major projects at Lloyds Banking Group, like the largest Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) wind-down in the UK financial services industry, as well as other high-profile, multi-million pound programmes.

My background as a radio and newspaper journalist, combined with extensive public speaking experience, has strengthened my storytelling abilities.

My other specialities are disability awareness training, accessible communications, reasonable adjustments and inclusive hiring, and I designed and delivered several Internal Communications courses, Accessible Communication webinars, and Inclusive Recruitment advice, as well as talks on resilience, working with a long-term health condition, or specifically on various disability topics.

I have extensive experience of working with financial institutions and other regulated environments, the NHS and the private healthcare sector, and delivered DEI training or specific cultural awareness classes (e.g. I’m deeply familiar with Scandinavian and East-European cultures).
